Programs We Offer

• Cosmetology (1200 Hours)

  The Cosmetology program aims to prepare students for employment as licensed cosmetologists. Instruction is designed to qualify students for licensing through examination by the Department of Professional Regulation, adhering to the Board of Cosmetology’s rules. This comprehensive program includes Florida laws and rules, along with essential knowledge in cosmetology, chemistry, bacteriology, anatomy, and physiology. Students will develop skills in various manipulative techniques required in cosmetology.

• Restricted Barber (1200 Hours)The Restricted Barber program prepares students to become licensed restricted barbers. Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment following licensing examination by the Department of Professional Regulation. This program encompasses Florida laws and rules, knowledge of barbering, and the related chemistry, bacteriology, and anatomy. Students will develop the skills necessary for barbering techniques.
• Nail Tech Specialist (240 Hours)The Nail Tech Specialist program prepares students for employment as licensed nail technicians, qualifying them for licensure through registration by the Florida State Board of Cosmetology. Students will learn about career opportunities, safe and sanitary work practices, professional development, Florida law requirements, and techniques for manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions.
• Skin Care Specialist (260 Hours)The Skin Care Specialist program prepares students for employment as licensed skin care specialists, qualifying them for licensure through registration by the Florida State Board of Cosmetology. Students will learn to identify career opportunities, practice safe laboratory techniques, manage skills, and perform facials, makeup, hair removal, and artificial lash application.Learn More
