About Us

Founded by India “Dolly” Calloway in 2015, Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy began as a small studio dedicated to one-on-one beauty education. With Dolly’s background as an artist and product specialist at MAC Cosmetics, her vision quickly expanded into a full academy offering comprehensive programs in makeup artistry and esthetics. Today, we operate in two thriving locations—Tampa and Orlando—where we continue to inspire, educate, and equip our students for success in the beauty world. Our team, led by Dolly herself, brings decades of experience and a passion for transforming lives through beauty education.

Program Costs and Financial Aid

At Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy, we understand that financing your education can be a challenge. While we do not currently accept federal financial aid, we are an actively accreditated institution which allows us to submit a participation application. In the meantime, we are committed to helping our students pursue their dreams through other means of financing.
