About Us

Latin Beauty Academy was founded in 2008 with a mission to support the Latin community’s growing demand for skilled beauty professionals. Initially established by Ms. Rosa Enriquez, who saw the need for a specialized beauty school, the academy has evolved under the leadership of Dr. Ariel Espinosa, our current President and CEO. Accredited since 2014, we provide students with a robust, bilingual education that meets national standards. Our commitment to excellence is evident in our experienced faculty, practical training, and the supportive, inclusive environment we’ve cultivated, helping students turn their passion into a rewarding career.

Programs We Offer

• Cosmetology
  A comprehensive program that covers hair, skin, and nail care techniques. This course combines theory and practical training to prepare students for a diverse range of services in the cosmetology industry, leading to state licensure.
• Barber | Stylist
  Designed to develop skills in men’s grooming, haircutting, shaving, and styling, with a focus on both traditional and modern barbering techniques. Graduates are fully prepared for the barbering state licensure exam.
• Restricted Barber
  Focuses on fundamental barbering skills, including haircutting and shaving, with an emphasis on practical techniques tailored to the demands of a barbering career in Florida. Prepares students for the restricted barber state licensure.
• Massage Therapy
  Covers essential massage techniques and therapies, anatomy, physiology, and client care. Graduates are prepared to enter the wellness industry and qualify for state licensure in massage therapy.
• Full Specialist
  Combines skin care and nail technology training, equipping students with a dual set of skills. Graduates will be prepared for roles in spas and salons and are eligible for the full specialist licensure.
• Facial Specialist
  Focuses on skincare treatments, facial techniques, and skin analysis. This program trains students for careers in esthetics and prepares them for state licensure as facial specialists.
• Nail Technician
  Emphasizes nail care, design, and sanitation. Students learn essential manicure and pedicure techniques, as well as advanced nail art, and are prepared for state licensure as nail technicians.
